Our First "Official" Date--March 22, 2008

So me and matt's first date was to the Pocatello Rodeo on March 22, 2008. Apparently it's like the highlight of every Idahoan because there was like 2334803 people there dressed in their cowboy attire. Matt bought me a cowboy hat to wear that night, but I didn't want to mess up my hair so I didn't wear it =) The rodeo was so fun! There were all these contests. My favorite was the bare back bull riding. This championship horse fell and broke its leg. It was SO sad! After the rodeo we met up with Matt's friend Mitch at the Applebee's in Idaho Falls. We ended up being the last ones to show up at Applebees because it took forever to get out of the rodeo traffic. Once we got there, it was a table of like 20 people that we didn't know, except for Mitch. So we just got our own little table and talked and laughed way more than the table of 20 people did. It was SUCH a fun night!
